the setting was amazing, next to the city center, the golden horn and miniaturk park and all the major tourist attractions. and it's around 10-15 minutes walk from cinaralti uykuluk, ate there once or twice. ate at the authentic restaurant for dinner.

The rooms with balcony on golden horn see view, great view and complementary tea with bottles of water. Friendly check in and top-notch service overall. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The gym lacks equipment, the room with a view in the hall, I would have preferred to see the weather outside.

staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Umutcan and Mr. Mert. view was magnificent on the Golden Horn, room was perfect.
In terms of points for improvement, I think the quality of breakfast should be improved. But that's not going to change my opinion of the hotel.

staff and quality of service, hotel is new and very clean.
I didn't like the poorly equipped sports space at all. The location is really the black spot of this hotel in my eyes.
